When you don’t feel like you anymore, therapy can help.
Life can feel overwhelming— especially when anxiety takes over, intrusive thoughts are on loop, or when the messiness of parenthood leaves you feeling like a stranger to yourself. At Rachel Gunn Counseling, therapy offers more than just coping skills. It offers compassion, hope, and the space to reconnect with who you are. You are doing your best AND you don’t have to do it alone. Let me help lighten the load and help you find your way back to yourself.
Meet Rachel Gunn, LPC-MHSP
If you’re reading this, then I imagine you are tired of feeling overwhelmed, drained, and stuck in the cycle of barely getting by each day. You might have some hope that life can feel better than this - the constant intrusive thoughts, anxiety, tension, and uneasiness. You know you can’t do it alone. I’m here to help.
Whether you’re dealing with OCD, day to day anxiety, navigating the ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum, or struggling with loss, difficult life transitions, or motherhood, I’m here to support you. I have a passion for working with clients who are struggling with OCD reclaim their life by using the gold standard treatment: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I am uniquely aware of the joys, despair, hope, and fear that often accompany trying-to-conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum, and I love supporting women through each phase and providing them with the resources they need. Because of this passion, I am pursuing certification as a perinatal mental health provider. Lastly, I understand that we sometimes cannot escape life unscathed; I am trained in EMDR to help you process through past traumatic experiences.
It takes courage to reach out for help. I’m glad you’re here.
