ANXIETY THERAPY — NASHVILLE, TN

You deserve a life that feels calm on the inside, not just put-together on the outside.

You've been managing, coping, pushing through — and doing it quietly. But the worry that follows you everywhere, the spiral at 2am, the weight of always needing to hold it all together? That's not just stress. And you don't have to keep carrying it alone.

DOES THIS RESONATE?

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like:

  • The constant mental checklist

Your mind never really shuts off — you're always running through what you said, what you should've said, what's next.

  • Saying yes when you really mean no

You over-commit, over-explain, and spend way too much energy managing how others feel about you.

  • Needing to do things perfectly

The things you do never quite feel good enough and you fear making mistakes.

  • Physical tension you carry everywhere

Tight chest, shallow breathing, a jaw that never quite unclenches — your body holds the worry your mind can't release.

  • Dreading things that used to be easy

Social plans, work presentations, even simple phone calls feel like something you have to survive.

  • Putting things off until the last minute

You only seem to function and get things done when under pressure.

  • Lying awake at 2am

Your body is exhausted but your brain has decided this is the perfect time to replay every worry, fear, and "what if."

Imagine what life could feel like

This isn't about becoming someone who never worries. It's about building a life where anxiety no longer runs the show — where you get to be present, grounded, and genuinely yourself.

Calmer mornings

Waking up without that immediate knot in your stomach — just calm, unhurried breath before the day begins.

Showing up as yourself

In friendships, at work, in love — present and grounded, not performing or bracing for what comes next.

Saying “no” without guilt

Honoring your own needs — and discovering that people who matter will still be there when you do.

Understanding your patterns

Knowing where your anxiety comes from — and having real tools to meet it with compassion instead of fear.

Conversations without the spiral

Saying what you mean — and then actually letting it go, without hours of second-guessing.

A body that feels safe

Learning to recognize — and release — the way anxiety lives in your shoulders, your chest, your breath.

  • Rest

  • Get your needs met

  • Make mistakes

  • Say “no”

  • Disappoint others sometimes

  • Ask for help

  • Be the perfectly imperfect human that you are

You’re allowed to:

  • Go, go, go without stopping

  • Put yourself last

  • Do things perfectly

  • Say “yes” to everything

  • Please others if it hurts yourself

  • Do everything yourself

  • Hide the most human and beautiful parts of yourself

You don’t need to:

MY APPROACH

Compassionate, Collaborative, & Authentic.

I believe that healing isn't about fixing what's broken — because you're not broken. It's about understanding yourself more fully: why you feel what you feel, where it comes from, and how to meet yourself with compassion.

We will:

  • Examine the links between your anxious thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors and explore new ways of responding to anxiety-inducing situations.

  • Explore the ways in which anxiety lives in your body — in your chest, your breath, your gut. We will work with these physical signals, not against them, to help you feel safer in your own skin.

  • Explore the deeper roots — early experiences, relational patterns, the "why" beneath the anxiety — so the work creates lasting change, not just symptom relief.

Together, we will work towards crafting a balanced life with more peace, self-compassion, and self-confidence.

You’ve been waiting long enough to feel like yourself again. Change is possible.

Reaching out is often the hardest step. I’m here when you’re ready.
